With Level 3 support you can gain individual advice via email and telephone and in one-to-one, in person, individual consultancy
sessions. For the phone calls you can call me on a special direct line number I will provide to you. It's an 0845 number meaning that within the
UK it will be at local call rates. If you are in the USA, you will be given a US number to dial - or you can contact me on Skype. You will
also be able to send email messages to a special email address that gets priority in my inbox. Whether you call or email you will receive an
individual reply with advice, suggestions and pointers to additional resources you may need.
You will normally get a reply to emails within 24 hours - usually much faster than that. At busy times it may take a little longer, but
you will always get an individual, personal answer that helps you take your online business further forward. There is no limit to the amount of
email messages you can send.
Phone calls to the special direct line will be answered immediately, if I am available. If not, you can leave voicemail on the dedicated line
and I will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
In person sessions will take place at my offices, near Reading in the UK. You will be responsible for your own travel arrangements and costs.
For the 1 month and the 6 month accounts you will receive a single three-hour session. For the 12 month accounts you will be entitled to a
full-day of consultancy, which can be split into a maximum of three seperate sessions.
You can buy email + phone + in person support for periods of 1 month, 6 months or 12 months and you can renew after each period if you
wish.
