With Level 2 support you can gain individual advice via email and telephone. You can call me on a special direct line number I will provide to you. It's an 0845 number meaning that within the UK it will be at local call rates. If you are in the USA, you will be given a US number to dial - or you can contact me on Skype. You will also be able to send email messages to a special email address that gets priority in my inbox. Whether you call or email you will receive an individual reply with advice, suggestions and pointers to additional resources you may need.

You will normally get a reply to emails within 24 hours - usually much faster than that. At busy times it may take a little longer, but you will always get an individual, personal answer that helps you take your online business further forward. There is no limit to the amount of email messages you can send.

Phone calls will be answered immediately if I am in my office. If I am away you will be able to leave voicemail which I will respond to as soon as I can. There is no limit to the number of calls you can make.

You can buy email + phone support for periods of 1 month, 6 months or 12 months and you can renew after each period if you wish.
